Scheduled deliverables
A scheduled deliverable is an automation that continues work from your current chat while you’re away. You can ask CoChat to draft the next chapter tonight, or to repeat the same analysis every Monday.
One-off and recurring work
Section titled “One-off and recurring work”A one-off deliverable runs at one date and time, then switches itself off. A recurring deliverable follows a schedule such as every weekday morning or every Friday afternoon until you disable it.
The task runs as your CoChat assistant with the recent context of the chat it was scheduled from. Its result is added to that same chat, so the earlier work and the new result stay together.
When the work is ready
Section titled “When the work is ready”The result appears in the chat as a new reply. If the automation’s email destination is switched on, CoChat also emails your account address with a short summary and a link back to the finished work in the chat, and does not send a completion email when the run fails or produces no result.
Find or change the schedule
Section titled “Find or change the schedule”The schedule appears with your other automations at app.cochat.ai/automations. From there you can run it now, edit its task or timing, switch it off, see its run history, or delete it.
Scheduled deliverables count toward the number of automations your plan allows to be enabled at once. See Plans and limits for your plan’s allowance.
