What it’s for
Section titled “What it’s for”Journals ask for a completed PRISMA 2020 checklist with every systematic review. This artifact comes pre-filled with the official wording of all 27 items (42 rows once sub-items are expanded), so you only have to record whether each is reported and where.
Working with it
Section titled “Working with it”For each row choose Reported, Not reported or N/A, and note the section or page where it’s covered. A progress meter shows how many of the 42 rows are done. Ask the assistant to “check my manuscript against the checklist” and it can fill in what it finds.
Download gives you the checklist as JSON.
It’s usually made alongside the PRISMA flow diagram.
